Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all designer dust bags, authenticity cards, and the original sales receipt.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our specialists verify the item's condition and security tags, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
