Hermès’ Fuchsia Chèvre HAC Birkin 28 is a gorgeous top handle originally designed to carry saddles! Its full name is Haut à Courroies and it predates the bag designed for Jane Birkin in 1984. It’s taller and has shorter handles, here with a drop of 2.75 inches and the flap’s palladium turnlock twists open to reveal a tonal-leather interior with one zippered and one slide pocket. In good condition and stamped with a J in a square, it comes with a padlock, keys, clochette, dustbag, and box, and has wear on the hardware, corners, edges, and inside, softened handles, a small tear on one sangle, needs an airing out, and it was spa’d but not by Hermès. Bright pink with a chèvre-tastic spine on the back, this slouchy bag is a real showstopper!
